Performance issues can have a wide range of causes, the most common of these being an issue with the device you are using. I receive a “Network Error” popup when trying to use Kialo.
Unfortunately, some organizations and schools don’t allow secure WebSocket connections to Kialo Edu by default. If this is the case for your network, you will receive a ‘Network Error’ popup. Contact your IT department to whitelist SSL-secured WebSocket connections to Kialo Edu (https://kialo-edu.com). After they have been whitelisted, Kialo Edu should function as normal.
