Embedding Kialo

Kialo discussions can be seamlessly embedded directly into websites or LMS platforms, allowing students to participate without leaving your site. If you’re integrating Kialo into an LMS using LTI, embedding typically occurs automatically if your platform supports this feature. (Learn more: Using Kialo with LTI)

Technical Note: Kialo discussions can be embedded as an iframe in websites that support HTML embedding.

How to Embed a Kialo Discussion

To embed a Kialo Edu discussion:

  1. Open the discussion and click the Share button located at the top-right corner.
  2. Enable the sharing link. This ensures anyone viewing the embedded discussion has the required access.
  3. Click Embed, which appears directly below the sharing link.
  4. Click the Copy button to copy the embed code.
  5. Paste the copied embed code into the appropriate location on your website or LMS.
