How can we help?

By default, users have a randomly generated unique avatar. If preferred, you can change this to a custom image.

To change your avatar: 

1. Open your User Settings. 
2. Click Replace to upload a new avatar, or Remove to delete your current avatar.

Note:

Uploaded images should be no larger than 16MB and either JPEG or PNG format. Please ensure your avatar follows the Kialo Community Guidelines.
